How we got started
As a reiki master I have been able to help so many people, influencing others to make a positive difference is one of my core values and naturally led me on this journey. I am driven by my passion to bring to a wider audience the possibility of experiencing practices that align with my philosophy of creating a positive mind space, which allows for change to take place.
I set up Kokoro-me to allow businesses to access life-changing therapies that will enhance their employees wellbeing and improve their engagement and productivity in the workplace. I am so excited to be working with such an amazing team of practitioners and therapists. Welcome to Kokoro-me.

Having worked in large corporate financial institutions for almost 20 years in senior roles, I almost burnt out. In 2017 I decided to switch sectors and moved to work for a University. Having always managed large teams I believe high performance is a result of a supportive work environment. Investing in employees wellbeing, both physically and mentally, has helped me to build more engaged committed teams that are happier, and as a result more productive. I qualified as a Master NLP Practitioner in 2008 and undertook a Diploma in Transformational Coaching in 2019 and am thrilled to be working with the amazing Kokoro-me team

HOW WE WORK
We start with a telephone or face-to-face consultation to really understand your business and your staff, and get underneath any issues such as absenteeism or attrition.
The best way to understand how Kokoro-me can benefit your business is through a trial day. We will set up a program so you can experience how we work and get feedback from your employees. From here we can design an ongoing program for a wider group of people.
Once we fully understand your organisation and people we will work with you to design an ongoing program to fit with your budget. We can agree frequency, variety and feedback and review intervals to ensure you and your team are maximising the benefits of your wellbeing program.
